Michigan Voter Information 2020

FIRST:

Let your friends, family and neighbors know that if they already voted and regret voting for the Biden Crime Syndicate, there is a way they can recast their vote.

Michigan Vote 2Any absentee ballot can be retrieved from the city/township clerk by the voter. That voter can request a NEW ABSENTEE BALLOT! The old ballot will be destroyed (spoiled in election speak) and only the replacement ballot will count on election day.

So, friends, as you hear about voters who admit their mistake and have buyers remorse, YOU can tell them how to do FIX IT!

Questions? Call your local clerk.

SECOND:

I am sure you have heard this before but it bears repeating because its TRUE….THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION FOR OUR COUNTRY AND OUR STATE. All one has to do is to look back on 2020 nationally and in our state to realize what is at stake, Liberty or Tyranny. ITS THAT SIMPLE.

Find your Sample Ballot HERE

YOUR COUNTY GOP

Many counties have district, local as well as state and national and Michigan Supreme Court Candidates voting recommendations on their website for instance Oakland County GOP and Ingham County GOP

Conversely known Liberal Democrat groups such as the UAW, AFL-CIO can provide you with who NOT to vote for based on who they are recommending.

MICHIGAN SUPREME COURT CANDIDATES

FYI To address misinformation you may have heard: Mary Kelly is often getting confused/mixed up with Mary Beth Kelly who has accepted contributions from Ds for her Wayne County Circuit Court judgeship race.

BALLOT PROPOSALS

Prop 1

Ballot title

The ballot title is as follows:[2]

“ A proposed constitutional amendment to allow money from oil and gas mining on state-owned lands to continue to be collected in state funds for land protection and creation and maintenance of parks, nature areas, and public recreation facilities; and to describe how money in those state funds can be spent[3] ”
Ballot summary

The ballot summary is as follows:[2]

This proposed constitutional amendment would:

Allow the State Parks Endowment Fund to continue receiving money from sales of oil and gas from state-owned lands to improve, maintain and purchase land for State parks, and for Fund administration, until its balance reaches $800,000,000.
Require subsequent oil and gas revenue from state-owned lands to go into the Natural Resources Trust Fund.
Require at least 20% of Endowment Fund annual spending go toward State park improvement.
Require at least 25% of Trust Fund annual spending go toward parks and public recreation areas and at least 25% toward land conservation.[3]

Personally I voted yes for several reasons

1. This limits where revenue can be taken in the acquisition of new state land while still maintaining revenue for existing lands, parks etc

2. These land grabbing, Green New Deal organizations like the Sierra Club, Michigan Land Conservancy and the Green Party are advocating FOR IT!

Prop 2

Ballot title

The ballot title is as follows:[2]

“ A proposed constitutional amendment to require a search warrant in order to access a person’s electronic data or electronic communications[3] ”
Ballot summary

The ballot summary is as follows:[2]

“ This proposed constitutional amendment would:
Prohibit unreasonable searches or seizures of a person’s electronic data and electronic communications.
Require a search warrant to access a person’s electronic data or electronic communications, under the same conditions currently required for the government to obtain a search warrant to search a person’s house or seize a person’s things.[3]

Sen. Jim Runestad (R-15): “The failure of our laws to address this new reality is not only a threat to our liberties today. It is a threat to the future liberties of generations to come. The Fourth Amendment still matters. We don’t know what technological advances will come next, but one thing is for sure, after 246 years of us Americans, our right to privacy still matters.”

The Detroit News Editorial Board: “Information stored in your cellphone or personal computer is no different than the paper document stashed in your home file cabinets and desk drawers. It’s private, and it belongs to you. Government should have a very sound reason to peek at that information, and should have to explain the reason to a judge.

VOTE YES

As a general principle I vote NO ON ALL MILLAGES!

Get out and vote in person, deliver your absentee vote to your local clerk. Take your friends, family, co-workers, church family and vote. Its up to us, LIBERTY OR TYRANNY!
